Robin Maglinger LCSW, LCAC CEO
Robin Maglinger is a practicing psychotherapist with over seventeen years of clinical supervision experience in psychiatric and addiction disorders. Mr. Maglinger is a graduate of the University of Southern Indiana, holding a Master of Social Work from that university. Mr. Maglinger also has a Master of Public Administration from the University of Evansville. He obtained licensing from the State of Indiana both as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Licensed Clinical Addiction Counselor. Mr. Maglinger is one of the few therapists in Southern Indiana that is certified as an Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapist/consultant. He is an International Certified Gambling Counselor. Mr. Maglinger is the founder of Counseling For Change and is involved in every aspect of the management of the company.

Richard Hatfield COO
Richard Hatfield brings a thirty-year Management and Business Administration background to Maglinger Behavioral Health Services. Having developed and managed former companies from the ground up, and expanding them to a national presence, Mr. Hatfield brings an organizational and operational acumen to support the continual growth the company is experiencing. With experience in personnel management, finance, accounting, customer service, reporting, IT and short and long range planning, as COO, Mr. Hatfield relieves the burdens of such tasks so our clinical team can focus on providing service to our clients. Mr. Hatfield provides structure, compliance, long-range planning, development, training, leadership and accountability to the staff in areas that are vital to providing the high level of service that the company has come to be known for.

Kenneth Scheller, LCSW Clinical Director
Kenneth Scheller is a practicing psychotherapist with over twelve years of experience in the treatment of addiction and mental health. Mr. Scheller is a graduate of the University of Southern Indiana, holding a Master of Social Work from that university. He obtained licensing from the State of Indiana as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. He is also certified as an International Co-Occurring Gambling Specialist. Mr. Scheller is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). As the Clinical Director of CFC, Mr. Scheller oversees and directs the clinical staff. Beyond this role, Mr. Scheller acts as a mentor to both interns and younger staff members.

Vicki Hammelman Executive Administrator
Vicki Hammelman joined the staff of Counseling For Change in 2008. She is a graduate of the University of Southern Indiana with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education. Following several years of teaching English to high school students, Ms. Hammelman was seeking a career change. In the beginning, she performed all support staff duties including acting as a liaison between counselors and referral sources. Ms. Hammelman prepared all reports and built a relationship with those in probation services, corrections and children’s services.
Ms. Hammelman oversees the day-to-day work of the support staff that maintains all records, monitors reporting to referral sources, continues to work with referral sources and resolves issues as they arise in the office setting. She works with staff members and clients.
Currently, Ms. Hammelman directs the in-house GED assistance program, testing potential participants and supervising volunteer tutors. This program is important as part of the Recovery Oriented Systems of Care, offering continuing support to clients as they progress toward recovery. She also oversees the Jobs program. This program offers a three part education seminar, assistance in writing a resume, and direction in applying for employment.
Ms. Hammelman also writes grants and coordinates with James Akin in the submission of appropriate grants to assist in improving and expanding CFC programming.
